STANDARD DELIVERY 

Our standard Delivery window is 2 to 4 working days.

Orders over £20 are eligible for Free Standard Delivery.

Orders under £20 require a £4.95 shipping cost for Standard Delivery.

CHANGE OF MIND:

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify for a return:

· Contact us within 30 days

· Return the item within 14 days of contacting us.

· Proof of postage receipt or tracking number.

The item must be:

· In the same condition as received.

· Unused and unworn, with all contents complete.

· Tags (where applicable) attached.

· In original, undamaged packaging.

Please note:

· Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for any unwanted returns.

· We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

· You have 30 days from receipt to request a refund for faulty goods

· We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if your item: - Arrives defective or damaged. - Is missing parts. - Is incorrect.

· Notifying us within this timeframe ensures we can promptly rectify the issue. For damaged or incorrect goods reported within 48 hours, we will arrange and cover the return shipping cost.

Please aim to contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, and we will arrange return postage.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted (with reasons provided if rejected), we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take up to 7 - 10 days from the time we approve your return to process the refund and have it reflected in your account.

The processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
